In 1995 Relatives for Justice produced a groundbreaking document which documented the victims of collusion following the shipment of weapons to loyalism under the watchful eye and direction of the intelligence services.
Following publication of this report the RUC ended its policy of making public the ballistic background and details of weapons used in Loyalist killings. This seminal piece of work was carried out by RFJ’s Mark Thompson and Arder Fegan with Monsignor Raymond Murray and remains a touchstone piece in understanding the end game policies of collusion
